If you have been given a username and password for our online shop that entitles you discount please follow these simple steps:

1. Browse the shop adding the product(s) you wish to order into your shopping cart
2. Once you have finished adding the product(s) click the "Log-in/Log-out" link located in the top right corner of the screen
3. Enter your Username and Password into the appropriate boxes. REMEMBER - Usernames and Passwords do not contain any spaces or special characters (e.g. Hyphens, Commas, Underscores).
4. Click the "Log-in" button
5. A confirmation screen should appear detailing the amount of discount you are entitled
6. Now click the "View Basket" link located along the black strip running across the top of the screen
7. The total cost of your order should now include a discount reduction

If a discount has not been applied try the same procedure and double check the username and password you enter. Note: Depending on your Internet Browser Settings, you may find that the discount does not appear in your shopping cart. If you do not wish to alter your Internet Settings you can make the order over the phone, stating your username and password to receive the discount.
